There is no recommended advance notice for making reservations. However, we recommend that you book in advance of the intended date for your event, to guarantee the best availability.
Yes. All food and beverage services are exclusive to the Algarve Congress Centre.
The Algarve Congress Centre has a permanent Wi-fi network included in the price of your event, with an access speed of 20Mbits download, and 20Mbits upload, up to a total of 200Mbits/200Mbits, per equipment. There is the possibility of customising the Wi-fi offer available at your event, with a dedicated network with a capacity of up to 2GB, price upon request.
The Algarve Congress Centre is adjacent to the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, making it the ideal place to stay during events. For reservations of more than 10 rooms, please contact the email address [email protected].
The Algarve Congress Centre has outdoor parking at the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, courtesy for guests staying at the Hotel.
Loading and unloading must be carried out between 09:00 and 19:00, on the date established for this purpose. If there is a need to extend the opening hours, it is necessary for the client to request the extension in writing, pending authorisation from the Algarve Congress Centre.
