Floor 0
Leading straight out onto Vilamoura Marina, the main entrance and reception area of the Algarve Congress Centre is made up of a large, modern foyer, which provides direct access to the Pegaso and Neptuno rooms.
Foyer
The large foyer, with an approximate area of 740 sqm, is suitable for use as a reception and exhibition area, as well as for a cocktail reception for up to 600 people.
Pegaso Meeting Room
The Pegaso room has a total area of 420 sqm, a 4-metre-high ceiling, and can be divided up into 8 separate spaces with individual seating capacities of between 24 and 400 people, who are sure to all be mesmerised by the breath-taking view they will have over Vilamoura Marina.
Neptuno Meeting Room
The Neptuno room has a total area of 420 sqm, a 4-metre-high ceiling, and can be divided up into 8 separate spaces with individual seating capacities of between 24 and 400 people, who are sure to all be mesmerised by the breath-taking view they will have over the sea.
Floor 1
The Congress Centre’s largest room is located on this floor, as well as a large foyer and terraces with striking views.
Foyer
The 1st floor foyer is the perfect place in which to greet guests or hold exhibitions - its modern, simple décor makes it easily adaptable to any event. This foyer is made up of several lounge areas and provides direct access to the Vilamoura Marina Tivoli hotel and a terrace with a view over the marina.
Fenix Meeting Room
A striking room thanks to its modern architecture, the Fenix Room’s 10-metre-high ceilings and 180-degree glass walls provide sweeping views over the ocean and the marina. This room can be divided up into 6 separate rooms that each has an individual seating capacity of up to 272 people.
Rooftop
All 2.656 sqm of the Algarve Congress Centre’s Rooftop make it the perfect place for a huge variety of events. This large venue, which has a capacity of about 2.400 people, has an amazing view over Vilamoura and the Algarve coastline.
